Auto connection request for wine-platform-runtime-core20

Re-requesting global auto connection as granted previously for this snap but I’m doing this again because I used already used slot wine-runtime which my other snap wine-platform-runtime had. So now it has -c20 would not conflict with previous when used by snaps.
