Hi,

It looks like there’s no dev account associated with that email address. There is an account for XConnIO though but it’s registered under a different email.

To proceed, there needs to be a developer account linked to the email you provided, as that’s the one we’ll verify and give the green checkmark to. So you’ll need to add the group email to your existing developer account, change it to be the “preferred email”, logout and then login again.

Let me know when this is done so as to confirm from our side as well.
