I work for the Eclipse Foundation as a release engineer.
The group email address is webmaster@eclipse-foundation.org which is not tied to a single person, but several members of the Eclipse Foundation IT team.
The snapcraft account is “eclipsefoundation” (could not make it a link, since I’m limited to two links in my first post).
+1 from me, from what I can see this appears to meet the requirements in Verified Accounts - although someone from the Snap Store team will have to confirm the email address for the publisher account.
Is seems eclipse lost some permissions. When I try to run it says system permissions denied
$ eclipse
To override eclipse.ini, copy the default file to '/home/alculete/snap/eclipse/106/eclipse.ini' and modify to suit.
