Thanks alexmurray for your earlier reply. Could I kindly ask other @policy-reviewers to also review this request?

We noticed that another crypto wallet project, which submitted their verified account application two days later than ours, has already been approved more than 15 days ago. This situation feels somewhat inconsistent and gives the impression of unequal treatment. Could you please clarify the reason for this difference in processing?

If there’s any additional information or documentation required from our side, please let us know and we’ll provide it immediately.
