Track request: ros2-cli foxy / humble

Hello,

Could I get a foxy and humble track for ros2-cli (currently unlisted)?

Ros2-cli snaps ROS 2 command line interface tools included with a standard install of any ROS 2 distro. Planned release cadence for this snap would be about once a year maximum, it will follow ROS distros releases. Currently Foxy and Humble were developed (name of the corresponding ROS DISTRO).
