Track request: `asahi` for `mesa-core22` and `mesa-core24`

May I please have the asahi track created for mesa-core22 and mesa-core24 snaps?

It’s meant to hold a version of the Mesa stack supporting Apple Silicon, similar to the existing tracks for e.g. gnome-42-2404.
