Track request: `asahi` for `mesa-2404`

May I please have the asahi track created for the mesa-2404 snap?

This was granted to mesa-core24 already before we decided to rename.

It’s meant to hold a version of the Mesa stack supporting Apple Silicon, similar to the existing tracks for e.g. gnome-42-2404, mesa-core22.
