The snapstore is experiencing some problems with external requests either being slow or failing.
We are investigating the cause.

We’re actively investigating and are shedding load to restore normal service, we don’t have an ETA at this time.

Which is unrelated to this outage, a fix for that should be along shortly, we were unfortunately delayed in it’s deployment by the production outage problems yesterday.

We are again experiencing a partial outage in the store. Please bear with us whilst we address the issues, note that we have temporarily disabled search as part of the mitigation.

as of 12pm UTC today, fixes are in place and search API re-enabled. We apologize for the inconvenience and will be taking further steps to ensure we have ample spare capacity going forward.
