Request ownership transfer for the prometheus snap

Hi,

I offered @jacekn that we (Canonical IS team) take over ownership of the prometheus snap, and he’s fine with it.
Can you transfer its ownership to user canonical-is-snaps (id 3AgcfWmX2VAMxSvOfCdSoHqsoZxPyPqH) ?
