This could roll in with Access to specific hidden file path in users $HOME

Basically, I need to be able to read and write to ~/.kube/config for a snap I’m writing. My guess is the only reason kubectl snap is classic is due to this too. I’d love to not have to make the snap I’m working on classic, just because of this.
