I am making a request for cups-control for my app highlighterpdf.

It edits pdf’s and one of its main functions is to print off its results.

You already requested this in Avahi and cups-control interfaces for highlighterpdf - there is no need to submit a second request for the same thing when the first one is still in-progress.

Sorry but I thought the first one had failed it was such a long
time.

How long do I have to wait before applying again?

There is no need to apply a second time at all - please wait until reviewers have had a chance to vote on the original request - it is still in-progress.
