Request for 0.x track for authd-oidc

Similarly to authd-msentraid, we are releasing an initial version of the authd-oidc broker to allow authenticating with OIDC providers on Ubuntu.

The API might change before we reach version 1.0. To avoid breaking existing setups, we want to use the 0.x track until then.
