Request for 0.x track for authd-msentraid

We are going to release a first version of authd in a ppa for people to play with authentication on ubuntu.

This version may change later its API until we reach our 1.0 version. As we don’t want to break existing users on latest track, we want to request a 0.x track to put that the broker MS Entra ID snap on it.
