Manual review for pc-desktop gadget snap

I’m requesting a manual review of the pc-desktop snap.

This is a fork of the regular pc gadget snap, modified to use core22-desktop as the base snap. A new gadget snap was required because the gadget snap’s base must be the same as the base used as the root file system of an Ubuntu Core system.

The snap name is registered to the canonical account, and source to the snap will be managed at https://github.com/canonical/pc-amd64-gadget-desktop. The revision I attempted to publish was built slightly differently, since the source in the repo won’t be buildable with Snapcraft until the base it relies on is published.

Thanks - this will require a change in review-tools (https://git.launchpad.net/review-tools/commit/?id=77eb07d4026cb0799bd2610d7cc13edd0654ff95) which then needs to be deployed on the snap store side. For now I have manually approved the existing revision.

The required changes are now made to review-tools and a new release has been tagged, we are just waiting on this to be deployed to the store (ping @roadmr - https://git.launchpad.net/review-tools/log/?h=20221013-0339UTC)
