Hello, I have installed xubuntu 18.04.1 of 69 bits and I have updated the kernel to version 4.18, since then all the snaps have stopped working, they do not open.
I would like to know if it is my fault or is some error or incompatibility of the kernel.

It is indeed likely to be the kernel. You can reboot back to an old kernel to confirm this.
This is fixed in snapd 2.35 so you can also refresh your core snap to ‘beta’ (which has 2.35). For more details: Snaps are not working with Linux Kernel v4.18-rc
