Kde-neon extension, new content snap

Hi, I have recently returned to building / fixing snaps for KDE. We have this new super cool kde-neon extension ( thank you! ) however, I can’t seem to sort out how to tell it to use our shiny new content snap.

See this PR for the required changes that need to make their way into snapcraft: https://github.com/snapcore/snapcraft/pull/3846

You also need to request auto connect for the content snap like so: Allow Global auto connect for kde-frameworks-5-96-qt-5-15-5-core20

Otherwise, the snapcraft tests won’t pass, and we need that anyway for users other than the KDE account.
