How to handle problem snaps using snap?

When a user has a situation of a non-working snap like here[1], I find myself in an unusual place in terms of finding a solution. I don’t know where the snap is hosted or who created/maintains it.

A "snap report " would be great. Like ubuntu-bug, it could direct the user to either the bug tracker for the builds, or the tracker for the code itself.

snap info will show you a contact field, but there’s no way for developers to set this on their snaps right now. That will be resolved with bug 1666792.

Thanks for the info! That will help. A bug tracker field would be even better than an email address, but maybe that’s what they will set in the contact field.
