How to become 'Verified' publisher?

How to become ‘Verified’ publisher (‘Verified account’)? I have not found anything about this on the forum and in the dashboard.

We’ve currently verified a selected group of developers on the snap store. We have no current plans to expand that much more widely, nor publish details of a process for becoming verified.

I see many publishers that are marked as verified on the Snap Store home page, but I’m having trouble finding documentation on how to become verified. Is there a way for publishers to become verified now.
