As an IDE, aqua fits in a supported category and has an understood requirement for classic confinement as per Process for reviewing classic confinement snaps.
The publisher is also already a Verified Accounts so there is no need to perform additional publisher vetting.
However, I cannot see any snap called aqua currently in the store - is it published under some other name?
That’s correct, no snaps have been published for aqua yet. The first one is expected to arrive in the upcoming weeks.
