Camera plug auto-connect for discord

As per this thread No camera access in discord - discord now has a video calling feature. We have specified the camera plug in the yaml - could store admins please allow it to auto-connect, to save users having to do the snap connect themselves?

Since we don’t yet have a graphical way for users to discover that discord is requesting the camera, +1 for auto-connection.
