Hi @Desire_Kyuyrii - to double check, is this request included in Auto-connect for budgie-common-themes and linux-mint-themes snaps?
Yes, I had made this request before, but since no one had seen it, I made it again but citing the new Snaps I released on Snapcraft.
When will I get a response on this Snap?
You responded to the budgie-common-themes that was requested much later, while the flugir-budgie-theme remains unanswered.
I’m the one who publishes the Flugir-Budgie theme, so I suppose it makes sense that the flugir-budgie-theme Snap can automatically connect with Snap apps, right?
Since you’re the only one who responded here, I assume the other people who can vote haven’t even seen this post, so I’m tagging them.
Again … please stop pinging people directly (especially the non-reviewers, just because someone commented on a request doesn’t mean they are able to approve/deny a request)
I mentioned them precisely because I saw them voting.
And my other post was only commented on after I mentioned someone, even though it was much less old than this one.
That is still not justifying cornering someone rudely ignoring the process…
Please be patient and if you need to ping use the review-team team address instead of individual names, just keep in mind there is a queue … do you also always skip the line in the supermarket ?
The issue is that I received a response to a request made on January 7th, but I did not receive a response to a request made on December 10th.
The logic of a supermarket queue does not work in this situation, unless the supermarket queues in your country are different from the supermarket queues in my country.
I do not mean to be unpleasant or offensive, but it feels like I am being ignored, not on purpose, but because the person responsible for judging and voting did not see that my post was made.
This is not true, they see it in their queue as soon as it is added to the store-requests category … and you are forcing them to ignore the others in line and treat you with priority over other users with your pinging …
Are there different queues for each type of request?
I saw a request involving Thunderbird that was made on January 7th, was answered and gained connection on January 14th, while my request from December 10th didn’t even get a vote.
It doesn’t seem like I’m making them ignore other people, I feel like I’m the one being ignored…
They do this voluntarily when they find the time and I’m sure nobody ignores you …
I’m not sure if they have one queue per category or if they use one large queue …

The interface connection requests category doc:
Hey @Desire_Kyuyrii
It is right that processing your requests is taking more time than usual. The main reason is that theme snaps are a special case. We have discussed internally to make the criteria for theme snaps more uniform than in the past (of course, we have been processing other requests in the meantime).
The outcome of this discussion as of now is this one. Thus, considering you said you are the publisher of theme, I have no objection to grant it auto-connection after publisher vetting (+1 from me).
I’ll also try to add some checks to review-tools (the tools that performs the automated checks) so publisher vetting would not be needed in the future. However, I cannot guarantee any schedule for it.
Thanks
Similar to what @jslarraz said above, +1 from me as well pending vetting. Again, sorry we missed it in your other forum topic!
