Nowadays one can use the cloud build to create 32bit snaps. Are those going away?

From what I read from these links, Ubuntu has freezed updating 32bit packages to 18.04. There is still a way to install 32bit packages and make 32bit snaps, using links in article below. Freezing updates was enough to make Valve to announce dropping Ubuntu support, because Valve has a lot of 32bit games. I do also still have some 32bit computers, so I’m looking for other up-to-date 32bit distro to install.
