WebStorm revision #593 is stuck in the AutomaticallyRejected state, could you please help us out here?

P.S. May or may not be related, the publication was attempted while https://status.snapcraft.io/ was showing an active incident:

I think it was caused by a transitory issue. I run automatic review and it passed cleanly.
