Verified Publisher Request for `proton-ag`

Hi there!

I’d like to request Verified Publisher status on behalf of proton-ag.

Yesterday, Andreea Munteanu and I met with some folks from Proton to discuss their plans to take on some existing snaps upstream, and work with us on delivering a first-class Proton VPN snap in the coming weeks.

  • A list of the snaps that you have, that should have a verified publisher associated with them:

    • There exists snaps for proton-mail, proton-pass and proton-mail-bridge, which are currently maintained by @pedro-avalos. Out of band, we have confirmed that Pedro is willing to transfer these snaps, which I’ll request in a seperate thread once the proton-ag account has been added as a collaborator on the relevant snaps.

  • The institution, foundation or company that you are a member of or work for:

    • This is official account for Proton

  • Your role within that institution, foundation or company Release Engineer

    • I work for Canonical as VP Engineering, the proton-ag account was created by Samuele Kaplun, the Engineering Director for Proton VPN.

  • The group email address that should be tied to the Verified Account::

    • Please use the address associated with the account: snap@proton.ch
