URL failing on servers

The following is failing on Ubuntu servers with 403 forbiden. https://api.snapcraft.io/api/v1/snaps/names?confinement=strict%2Cclassic

Sorry about this, the endpoint was administratively blocked. I’ve undone the block and it should work now.

This still does not seem to work. I am getting
