Update for gradle

I’m trying to update gradle from 6.6.1 to 6.7.1 – could you please review https://github.com/snapcrafters/gradle/pull/3 ?

Hi. It’s been a long time and gradle has just released the next version (6.8) since I’ve created the PR and created this forum post. Is there anything I can do to speed things up for this review process the next time I want to upgrade the snap? Unfortunetely it’s been really frustrating on my end.
