Unable to access files/folders in ~/snap using firefox or even using chrome. able to see all the folders and files in snap folder. but not able to access further. With Files application I am able to and also using terminal.

May I ask why you want to access those files? ~/snap contains snap specific user data that is not intended for direct use/change by the user.
Would you please provide very specific example of what you do in chrome/firefox where you do not see all files?

it seems it is the default install location for rustup
this has been discussed here as well before (not for snap shipped documentation, but similar issue, i wonder who in the rust community had the brilliant idea to ship docs in a hidden user dir by default):
