We’re working with a vendor that is looking to build a “factory reset” system for various systems, including Core. I have not been involved with the design of this, but my understanding is that they are using a small partition for bootstrapping the system and then a recovery partition at the end of the device.
I’ll let them chime in below as they’ve run into issues.
