Tutorial is outdated or something

Tried to run this command:

snapcraft init

it failed, but when I ran this command:

snap run snapcraft init

It worked!

I’m using debian 11

snapcraft init should work, what was the error you received?

Yeah, I guess I skipped over the part where it says to add it to your path…

For Debian:

export=/snap/bin:$PATH
