Transfer vscode to snapcrafters

vscode is currently in @Wimpress name with snapcrafters as a collaborator. We’d like to flip that, with snapcrafters being the owner of the snap, so the name shown on snapcraft.io store page is reflective of where the snap originates.

Please transfer vscode to snapcrafters.

When vscode was snapped @Wimpress was but the owner, now snapcrafters is the master
