Transfer snaps to Data Platform brand account

Hi,

Canonical Data Platform team created list of snaps under the private accounts, but we need to move them under the branded account © PMs.

Here are the list of snaps (I will ask all authors approve the transfer here):

  • charmed-kafka
  • charmed-mysql
  • mongodb
  • mysql-router
  • mysql-server
  • spark-client
  • xtrabackup
  • zookeeper

I thought we weren’t publishing to mongodb, mysql-router, and mysql-server, but you can have them if you want them.
