Hi Snap Store team,

I want to request that the nvidia-assemble Snap be transferred to the Canonical umbrella.

This snap is hosted in nvidia-assemble GitHub repository under the Canonical organization and will be maintained by the Canonical Kernel team.

Hi,

As a general rule, snaps owned by Canonical should have the appropriate metadata filled out and also have at least one stable-channel release and have proper maintenance. This is particularly important as they will be linked with Canonical’s name and failing to do so may create the impression of incomplete/experimental software which is not what we want to convey from our maintained snaps.

Is it possible to add the icon for the snap?

This is a command-line tool Snap made in-house in Canonical and NVIDIA’s icon is trademarked, I don’t think we can come up with a proper icon for this.
