It seems like the way to handle this is by creating a new thread requesting that I would like to transfer the ownership from @XVilka to @pancake of this snap:

Sorry for hijacking the thread but I found no button or form to transfer the ownership even to a collaborator. Could you please transfer the following snap to my collaborator?
It would be awesome to change the publisher to him as well.
Adding a new thread is usually better than hijacking existing, completed ones, and the “post new topic” buttion is hopefully more obvious than the “transfer” button. The reason you didn’t find a “transfer” button is because it does not exist
