Transfer ownership of ngrok

I would like to request transferring ownership of snap ngrok to me (same username as on the forum). I am already added as collaborator.

The current owner is no longer part of the company.

It would be great to receive an explicit approval from the previous owner(@kyle-ngrok). Is this possible to reach him?

Unfortunately, Kyle no longer works at ngrok. My name is Peter Shafton and I’m the current CTO. While it’s possible I can reach Kyle we have disabled his access to login to any of our services including this forum. I approve the change here as it decreases our bus factor and allows a set of administrative folks internally to manage our snap releases.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. This all makes sense, but unfortunately, we couldn’t find a user with the username ngrok listed as a collaborator for the snap to transfer. Could you please verify the username or email address of the collaborator you’d like this snap to be transferred to?
