Transfer ownership of foxglove-studio

Hi,
I’d like to transfer the ownership of the foxglove-studio snap, which I currently own, to @roman-foxglove as per his request. @roman-foxglove is the CTO of Foxglove - the publisher of Studio, a collaborator on the snap and the current maintainer: the snap is published from the foxglove/studio GitHub repo through Actions.
