Transfer ownership of "factory-reset-tools" to "canonical"

I would like to transfer ownership of “factory-reset-tools” to “canonical” as this is a tool shipped in the OEM image for users to do factory reset.

The icon in the store is for Canonical Livepatch, and we will change the icon and descriptions once we have the new icon available.

Hi,

As a general rule, apart from the icon, description and summary (which I think all look fine here), snaps owned by the canonical publisher account should have revisions in stable and have proper maintenance.

Please let me know once you have published a revision to stable and I will happily do the transfer.
