TRansfer ownership of cos-tool

Hello mates,

I’m the owner of cos-tool.

I need to transfer the ownership to The Observability team. In charmcraft we already have our observability publisher

As far as I understand, we do not have that publisher created in snapcraft, so if that is true the request would be to create that publisher for the team and then transfer the ownership of cos-tool to it.

Can you please add the intended recipient as a collaborator to the snap and have them accept the invite they’ll receive by email? This allows us to verify authorization and intent. Please let me know once this is done and I’ll complete the transfer.
