Transfer ownership of a Snap

Hi store team,

Can you please transfer the ownership of the Charmed-Kafka-UI snap (owned by me) to Canonical Data Platform (attaching a screenshot of a snap with this correct ownership)

It seems to that someone has completed the ownership transfer because I see the publisher as Canonical Data Platform.

@adityagoel28 - To be clear, the change we need is for the charmed-kafka-ui snap. Looking at the store right now, we have Giulia owning it still:

We would need this ownership to be transferred to Canonical Data Platform

Oh, got it. In the above screenshot it was charmed-karapace, so I checked for that.

Anyways I have completed the ownership transfer.
