Transfer of ownership request for desktop-security-center

Similar to Transfer of ownership request please can ownership of the “desktop-security-center” snap be transferred from Sebastien Bacher to Canonical. Seb is out this week but @local-optimum can confirm the details of this being moved under Canonical.
