Transfer of ownership for SQL snaps from dataplatformbot to canonical

Hi,

Please transfer ownership from Canonical Data Platform dataplatformbot to canonical for:

https://snapcraft.io/charmed-postgresql
https://snapcraft.io/charmed-pgbouncer
https://snapcraft.io/charmed-mysql
https://snapcraft.io/mysql

Please make sure dataplatformbot stays in contributors.

It is a followup for the previous moves (charmed-mongodb/opensearch) which works fine and we would like to accomplish migration for all SQL SNAPs.

Hey, Alex! Nice to see you again.

We have slightly different stories for each snap:

charmed-postgresql is already owned by canonical.
mysql - needs stable version and metadata improvements(I see a couple of TODOs in description).
postgresql - needs stable version.
charmed-mysq , charmed-pgbouncer - I’ve just transferred to Canonical.
