Transfer microovn to canonical

Hello,

As part of the set of microcloud snaps we’re building:

  • microceph
  • microcloud
  • microovn

It’s now turn for microovn to be moved over to the canonical account.

@fnordahl already setup the adequate collaborators on the snap, so it just needs to be moved now.
