Transfer microcloud to canonical

Hello,

Similar to what we did a little while back with microceph (Transfer microceph to canonical publisher), we’d like the microcloud snap to be moved over from my personal account to the canonical account.

I’ll remain the primary owner and publisher of it, but this is a Canonical product and so should be owned by canonical.

This is done.

That said, the detailed description is a bit bare, I wonder if it could be fleshed out a bit so this page looks nicer :slight_smile: this is something we recommend/require of Canonical-owned snaps.
