It should be owned by Canonical (just like the Landscape API snap): https://snapcraft.io/landscape-api

Sorry for the late response. As a general rule, snaps owned by the canonical publisher account should have revisions in stable and have proper maintenance.
Looks like the landscape-client snap currently does not have any stable releases (whereas landscape-api does). Would it be OK for you re-request the ownership transfer once there is a stable release for the landscape-client snap?
