Transfer keybase to me

Hi, I would like to have the keybase snap transferred to me. I have spoken with the original maintainer, @elopio, and I have been added as a collaborator to the snap.

I approve of this. Note that Jack O’Connor, from the keybase team, is also a collaborator to the snap in the store. I haven’t talked to him in a long long time, but you might want to contact him.

That’s great, I will certainly reach out and see if they are interested in taking over it after I’ve updated the packaging and got it updated. Thanks again!
