Could the canonical-secscan-client snap please be transferred under the Canonical publisher account. Let me know if there is any other appropriate metadata I should add to get this completed!

You should specify explicitly the license in the metadata. Also, it would be great to receive explicit approval from Alex Burrage before the transfer.
