Transfer branch-diff to upstream author

Hello!

The branch-diff snap was packaged by @jokinglove during google code-in. Now the upstream author wants to take ownership on the store, here is the claim:

Can you please make the transfer?

Hello,

I made a minor mistake and transferred the name to snapcrafters. Apologies! I then transferred to upstream as requested. @jokinglove will get a notification of the transfer to snapcrafters, and snapcrafters will get a notification of the transfer to upstream author.

This is now complete. Enjoy!
