Transfer back parity to upstream

Hello!

The parity team is publishing the snaps from their CI, again :smiley: Can you please make the transfer back? From my account id 2ddTRA7lnNtC2twvY9a4Uz9rdzmygXct to devops@parity.io.

I’ll continue testing this and contributing with them in any way I can. And my travis setup will be the fallback.
