Transfer 2fa to snapcrafters

Hi!

I’d like to have my snap for 2fa transfered to snapcrafters.

2fa is a tool which provides two-factor authentication on the command line. There’s a call for testing this snap - one person has confirmed that it’s working properly, also I tested it quite precisely and haven’t found any issues.

@popey or @Wimpress, can you please import the repo into the snapcrafters org and enable it on build.snapcraft.io?

I’ve send a pull request to transfer it to upstream.
