Tranfer ownership of .NET 10 content snaps

Hello, I’d like to request that the following snaps be transferred to Canonical:

  • dotnet-runtime-100
  • aspnetcore-runtime-100
  • dotnet-sdk-100

This is the family of .NET 10 content snaps made available and maintained by the .NET Team/Toolchains at Canonical. We also maintain the content snaps for previous .NET major versions, e.g. dotnet-runtime-90, which are already owned by Canonical.
