Track requests for openstackclients

The OpenStack project have shifted to a Year.Release naming scheme for OpenStack releases (vs the codename approach used in the past) and I’d like to adopt this naming in the openstackclients snap.

Please could the following tracks be created:

  • 2023.1
  • 2023.2
  • 2024.1
  • 2024.2
  • 2025.1
  • 2025.2

Obviously this will extended beyond 2025 but this will see us through for the next year.
